露沾蔬草白，天气转青高。

孟秋结束，仲秋伊始，我们迎来今年第15个节气——白露。“水土湿气凝而为露，秋属金，金色白，白者露之色，而气始寒也”。
At the beginning of Mid-autumn, we usher in the 15th Solar Term of this year, White Dew, the name of which is influenced by the Five Elements Theory in Ancient China.
温暖湿热的夏季风逐渐被冷冽萧肃的冬季风取代，北雁南飞，群鸟迁徙，暑意渐退。动物开始储备冬粮，人们开始抢收庄稼，酿五谷酒，饮白露茶。
The warm and humid summer wind has been gradually replaced by the cold and bleak winter monsoon. It is a time when birds migrate to the South, animals begin to reserve winter food, and people are busy with annual harvest period, brewing grain wine, as well as drinking White Dew tea.
时光沉静，酿谷粮为美酒，化沧海为桑田。不言不语中，时光也珍藏起人们的每一次期盼，每一滴汗水，回赠以一轮明月，一片稻田，一季金秋。
Time is magical. It turns grain into wine, changes the ocean into ground. Secretly, time will always remember every wish you made and every effort you gave. It greets you with a bright full moon, a fertile paddy field, and a season of golden autumn.
